Our Firemac Fire rated ductwork ranges from one hour fire resistance through to four hours and is tested to the requirements of BS476: Part 24: 1987

Ventilation Design Services Ltd offer cooling systems via specific Ventilation systems and Air handling plants incorporating cooling coils with associated cooling plant and cooling mediums, These systems generally provide filtration and cooling to the food industry sector where filtration positive pressurisation and cooling are essential to their required working environment. We also offer DX systems mainly split systems and VRF systems with centralised plant and ducted fan coils or in room cassette units to offer cooling to offices and/or Canteen areas.

We can offer Rockwool class ‘o’ foil face roll and slab systems at different thicknesses and densities. If systems are installed externally we can also offer aluminium cladding and latest venture cladding to protect insulation materials. For bespoke low temperature cooling systems, we can supply and install the latest high, bespoke armaflex systems which gives excellent insulating performance.

We generally fabricate and powder coat bracketry and box section Steelwork, Grilles and Louvres which we have internally fabricated. Our AC Systems can also come with individual wired or wireless controls as well as the latest centralised plant controls systems.
